Well in the anime series avatar Aang goes to the guru in the mountains to gain the knowledge of how he can save the world... yes now that is a different thing all together , coming to the point
Energy is like water,Life is merry , but sometimes things tend to black out a little here and a little there, this is the time when you open the creaks of your energy and let it flow ... regaining the balance within.
Doing so you have to surrender your self being to the universe.
Surrendering to the universe takes the opening of the 7 chakras of your body .

The first chakra is The Earth Chakra - located at the base of the spine
- it deals with survival, and is blocked by fear.
what are you most afraid of ?.... let it come naturally to you, the vision u see is not real, so what ever you have been afraid of actually does not exist and even if it exists it is 'cos you have allowed it to pester you . thus, surrender the fears and let it flow.

The second chakra is The Water Chakra - located below the stomach
- it deals with pleasure and is blocked by guilt.
What do you blame yourself for ?what burdens you ?... let it come naturally to you , these emotions explored will let you know the reality ,these things happen , just be kind enough to let it not cloud your actions or thoughts. Accept the reality and forgive your self.
Thus opening the second chakra of your energy.
The third chakra is The Fire chakra - located in the stomach
- it deals with will power and is blocked by shame.
what has been your biggest disappointment in life?... who have you let down , betrayed ?... do not deny for you cannot equivocate nature... and the sole purpose is for you to see through the mistakes / flaws u made in the course of time .. let it all come out of you be it in form of tears or sadness... thus moving on .

the fourth chakra is The Air Chakra - located in the heart
- it deals with love and is blocked by grief.
lay all your grief in front of you . Love is a form of energy and it exists all around us .Reborn in the form of new love . Let the pain flow through you

The fifth chakra is The Sound Chakra - located in the throat
- it deals with truth & is blocked by lies
the lies - the ones we tell our selves . you cannot lie about your own nature . Accept that you are what you are .

The sixth chakra is The Chakra of Light - located in the center of your forehead.
- deals with insight and is blocked by illusion
The greatest illusion is separation. things you think are separated and different are not .. we are all one and the same. we are all connected , once you realize this the energy within you flows..
The last chakra is The Chakra of pure cosmic energy - located in the crown of the head
- deals wid the cosmic energy and is blocked by earthly attachment
when you are able to let go of all the things you have be it your loved ones or the things you care about immensely , this is the time when you are in touch with the universe , the cosmic energy which provides one and all the energy of the laws of attraction (ref: The secret by Rhonda Bryne), yes this is when the secret is revealed and you get what you want.
How rightfully the 3 laws rule the universe: Ask , Believe and Receive.
